Jinyiwang's new facility covers 46 mu (approximately 30,667 square meters) with a floor area of about 60,000 square meters, equipped with fully automated production lines and advanced cold storage facilities. With the new plant in operation, the company's annual production capacity has soared from 6,000 tons to 50,000 tons - a more than eightfold increase. Upon full capacity utilization, annual output value is expected to exceed RMB 500 million.
The new plant currently achieves a daily production capacity of 20 to 30 tons, a significant improvement from the 10 tons per shift at the old facility. The newly built 30,400 m³ self-owned cold storage has completely eliminated the company's previous reliance on rented cold storage facilities. This single upgrade saves millions of yuan annually in rental and logistics costs while substantially improving fruit turnover efficiency and freshness.
Technology-Driven: Maximizing Citrus Utilization
Jinyiwang's core competitive advantage lies in its ability to achieve high-value utilization of whole citrus fruits. The imported juice extraction equipment boasts an extraction rate 8 percentage points higher than domestic alternatives, generating millions of yuan in additional value each year. Through deep processing, the company fully utilizes every part of the citrus fruit - from pulp and peel to pith and seeds - achieving a comprehensive utilization rate exceeding 90%, far above the industry average.

The newly added positive control room is specifically designed to verify pathogenic microbial risks in products and the production environment, establishing a robust "safety barrier" for product quality.
The physicochemical testing laboratory has also been tripled in size, with newly acquired high-precision refractometers featuring automatic temperature compensation, each valued at over RMB 40,000. The newly installed fume hood system provides real-time extraction of acid and alkali volatile gases, ensuring operator safety. The sample retention area has been expanded to four times its previous size, enabling full-chain traceability of production records and testing data. The QC team has grown from 6 to 13 staff members, providing solid support for quality assurance amid capacity expansion.
Global Market Vision
Backed by superior product quality and large-scale production capabilities, Jinyiwang has already adopted a global perspective in raw material procurement. The new plant's cold storage houses not only fresh citrus fruits from domestic production regions such as Quzhou, Fujian, and Jiangxi but also supplies sourced from overseas origins like South Africa. The company holds import and export qualification, laying the institutional foundation for its products to enter international markets.
Green Development and Sustainability
Jinyiwang places a high priority on environmental protection amidst rapid expansion. The new plant features a wastewater treatment facility with a daily processing capacity of 2,000 tons, representing a RMB 15 million investment and a tenfold increase over the old facility's capacity. This system effectively treats wastewater generated from citrus washing, juice extraction, drying, and extraction processes. The company also plans to utilize biogas generated during wastewater treatment to heat anaerobic towers, progressively achieving resource recycling.
