Raw Material Processing
Cleaning process: Citrus fruits undergo multiple cleaning processes, combining high-pressure water spraying and physical brushing to thoroughly remove dirt, impurities and pesticide residues from the skin, ensuring the cleanliness of the raw materials.
Physical pressing process: low temperature physical pressing technology is adopted to extract the juice by directly squeezing the fruit pulp, avoiding high temperature and chemical intervention throughout the whole process, so as to retain the original sweet and sour taste of citrus as well as the volatile aromatic substances. Depending on customer requirements, the juice can be either preserved with natural pulp particles (to produce NFC cloudy juice) or finely filtered to produce clarified juice, providing a wide range of product forms.
Aseptic Filling and Cold Chain Storage and Transportation: Juice is filled in aseptic bags to ensure zero contamination during the filling process; finished products are stored and transported in a -18°C refrigerated environment throughout the entire process to maintain product stability through a professional cold chain system, which guards quality from production to delivery.
