Xiang Meng Juice (NFC) Made from freshly harvested Xiang Meng, cold-pressed with the peel for whole-fruit nutrition, then pasteurized, filled and frozen. Characterized by a vibrant green color, an intense aromatic bouquet and a bold, clean sourness (natural pH 2–3). Rich in vitamin C (~200 mg/100 mL, whole-fruit pressed) and natural citrus flavonoids.Application: Beverages, sparkling drinks, coffee, cocktails, dairy, foodservice.
Xiang Meng Peel (Diced / Strips / Powder) Made from fresh Xiang Meng peel through cleaning, slicing, de-bittering, drying and blending. About 90% of the fruit's nutritional value is concentrated in the peel. Available in diced, strip and powder forms with stable, long-lasting aroma.Application: Bakery, snacks, confectionery, tea, seasonings, health foods.
