Freshness

Pressing
Physical pressing extracts the juice directly by squeezing the pulp, maximising the preservation of the lemon's original aroma and sweet and sour taste, and avoiding the loss of flavour caused by high temperature or chemical treatment.
After pressing, 100% Lemon Juice can retain part of the pulp, and can produce cloudy juice (retaining the pulp, such as NFC cloudy juice) or clarified juice (after subsequent filtration), to meet the needs of different customers with a variety of options.
Canning/Storage: Aseptic bag filling, -18° cold chain storage and transport to ensure product quality.
